Humiliated Oprah Winfrey is locked in a bitter feud with Michelle Obama and the real reason behind the talk show titan’s tears at the Democratic National Convention say sources.
They say she was upset over being frozen out of the candidates big moment on Michelle’s orders after throwing her heart and soul into the Illinios senators’ campaign for the White House.
“Oprah wanted to be with Barack and the campaign team at the moment he got the nomination – but on Michelle’s orders, she was swept away”, a Democratic insider tells GLOBE.
Michelle didn’t want to take any chances that Oprah would steal the spotlight from her husband on his greatest night. She has jealously guarded his role in the history-making event.skipping a bit here….

This wasn’t the first time strong willed Mitchelle ,44, has demanded Oprah cool it around her husband. Sources say that the catfight has been brewing for months. The two were often seen embracing during campaign appearances and friends said Oprah was so smitten with the hunky politician that she was acting like a love-struck teenager. Michelle squelched the romantic rumors by ordering her husband to keep his distance from Oprah — and telling the day time queen to back off.“Oprah adores Barack and wants him to become president”, a source tells GLOBE, ”so she followed Michelle’s orders. But she was far from happy about it and there was a big frost in the air each time Michelle and Oprah were near each other”.Michelle directed Oprah to stay at arms length!
Globe reports Oprah is going to campaign for Obama and that Michelle is a control freak.

Michelle is jealous of the influence Oprah has over our country’s women and her own husband. Of course, Oprah has no respect for the institution of marriage and couldn’t care less that she is a wedge in the Obama union.

What Michelle did was correct under the circumstances. Oprah is a celebrity trying to further her own career and to have such a celeb on stage at such a serious moment would belittle the whole event, expecially when Republicans have been feeding of the celebrity obsession of Obama. I also hardly think that Oprahs presence would eclipse that of Obama.
Michelle did the right thing.

Oprah does NOT need to further her own career! That is the most ridiculous thing I could imagine anyone saying – she owns an entertainment empire unlike any that America has ever seen and is fabulously rich. She is one of the most powerful women in the world and Obama only benefited from her association.
However, Michele handled this the proper way and to protect her marriage and her husband’s legacy – it should be shared by no one!

Maleka, you live in fantasy land. Oprah is not someone who is going to say well I’ve done well so I will just stop. Life for Oprah and those others at her level is all about further achievement and therefore career advancement by any means. This is exactly what differentiates her (and others at her level) from everyone else who is less successfull.
